The invention relates to a polyurethane mixed type plastic runway construction process. The process comprises the following steps that S1, foundation cleaning, specifically, impurities such as sandy soil and stones on a runway asphalt foundation or oil stains generated by possible oil leakage of paving equipment are cleaned; S2, asphalt foundation bottom sealing, specifically, a bottom sealing layer is laid on the asphalt foundation, the bottom sealing layer is prepared by mixing D68 glue, 108 glue, quartz sand and cement, and the bottom sealing layer prepared through mixing is laid on the asphalt foundation and is evenly spread; S3, detecting and adjusting the levelness of the bottom sealing layer; S4, base material trial laying ; S5, base material paving; S6, base material checking; S7,runway surface spraying; and S8, marker line measuring and drawing. The process has the advantages that the experience requirements of constructors are low, synchronous construction can be conducted within a large range by means of a large number of constructors, and the overall laying efficiency of the runway is improved.
