The invention provides an intelligent segmental box girder spraying maintenance system which comprises a placement platform, a cushion block, a segmental box girder body, a front-back moving frame structure, a U-shaped rack, a waste water collecting frame structure, a mounting groove, a sleeve, a transverse pipe, a top spray head, a main water pump, a main valve, a water inlet pipe, an auxiliary water pump, an auxiliary valve and an angle adjusting frame structure. The cushion blocks are respectively poured on the left side and the right side of the upper part of the placing platform; and thesegmental box girder main body is placed at the upper part of the cushion block. The intelligent segmental box girder spraying maintenance system has the beneficial effects that through the arrangement of the connecting water pipe, the top collecting box and the collecting box, a water source at the top of the segmental box girder body flows into the inner side of the top collecting box and flowsinto the inner side of the collecting box through the connecting water pipe, and a water source left on the side face directly enters the inner side of the collecting box, so that recycling of the water source during cleaning is facilitated; all water sources are prevented from falling onto the ground, so that the energy consumption of the equipment is reduced.
