The invention relates to a spliced slope protection building block assembly with a drainage channel, a slope protection and a slope protection manufacturing method. The building block assembly comprises transverse building blocks, longitudinal building blocks and joint building blocks; water retaining convex edges are arranged on single side edges of the top surfaces of the transverse building blocks; water diversion convex edges are arranged on two side edges of the top surfaces of the longitudinal building blocks; the joint building blocks are spliced with the transverse building blocks and/or the longitudinal building blocks in a crossed manner; the slope protection comprises a plurality of transverse building blocks, a plurality of longitudinal building blocks and a plurality of jointbuilding blocks; and when the slope protection is manufactured, the building block assemblies are arranged in an array, the water diversion convex edges are arranged close to the lower portion to forma longitudinal drainage channel, and the water retaining convex edges form a transverse flow retaining wall. The water retaining convex edges of the transverse building blocks form the transverse flow retaining wall, and the water diversion convex edges of the longitudinal building blocks form a longitudinal water diversion canal, so that slope protection building blocks and the water diversion canal are organically combined into a whole, and the problems that in the prior art, soil vegetation among the slope protection building blocks is easily washed by rainwater, and the stability of a riverway or a river levee and soil loss are affected are solved.
