The invention discloses a construction method for a gate dam portal crane beam and a gate dam portal crane beam structure, and relates to the technical field of hydraulic engineering. The method comprises the steps that a steel supporting structure and a combined steel structure are arranged on the pier surface of a gate dam, and bridge girder erection machine rails are arranged on the steel supporting structure and the combined steel structure; a to-be-hoisted precast beam is hoisted to a preset position on the gate dam by utilizing a bridge girder erection machine based on the bridge girdererection machine rails; and after hoisting is completed, a cast-in-place shaping combined formwork is arranged on the precast beam, concrete pouring is carried out based on the cast-in-place shaping combined formwork so as to obtain the gate dam portal crane beam. According to the construction method, the portal crane beam is changed into a superposed beam form, and is reinforced and supported through the steel supporting structure and the combined steel structure to achieve the hoisting condition of the portal crane precast beam; after hoisting is completed, cast-in-place concrete is carriedout so as to achieve erecting and pouring of the overflow gate dam portal crane beam; and the construction method is obvious in hydraulic engineering overflow gate dam beam erecting advantage, convenient and fast in construction, low in risk and low in cost.
本发明公开了一种闸坝门机梁施工方法及闸坝门机梁结构,涉及水利工程技术领域。该方法包括:在闸坝的墩面上安装钢支撑结构和组合型钢结构,并在所述钢支撑结构和所述组合型钢结构上设置架桥机轨道;基于所述架桥机轨道,利用架桥机将待吊装预制梁吊装至所述闸坝上的预设位置;吊装完成后,在所述预制梁上安装现浇定型组合模板,并基于所述现浇定型组合模板进行混凝土浇筑,以获得闸坝门机梁。本发明将门机梁改为叠合梁形式,通过钢支撑结构和组合型钢结构进行加固支撑,达到门机预制梁的吊装条件。在完成吊装后,再进行现浇混凝土,以实现溢流闸坝门机梁的架设、浇筑。本发明对于水利工程溢流闸坝梁体架设优势明显,施工便捷,风险低、成本小。
