A main gear rotates to drive a movable block to move upwards or downwards, and a lower connecting rod of the movable block is connected to a connecting ring; when the movable block moves upwards, a lower movable rod is supported upwards along with the connecting ring to push the plate connected with the lowermovable rod to be unfolded, the upper movable rod is unfolded along with unfolding of the plate, then the whole structure is unfolded, and suspended solids on the whole water surface floats above thedevice to be fished. The suspended solids in sewage treatment are fished mechanically, manual fishing is avoided, stimulation of gas generated by chemical reaction to respiratory tracts and lungs offishing staff is avoided, the body health of operators is protected, and the manual fishing efficiency is too low; and by the adoption of the mode, the efficiency is greatly improved, and the suspended solids are cleaned as soon as possible.
