The invention relates to an underwater self-unloading type anchor pulling system, and belongs to the technical field of bridge foundation construction. The underwater self-unloading type anchor pulling system comprises an overwater anchor pulling assembly and an underwater anchor pulling assembly, wherein the overwater anchor pulling assembly comprises an overwater anchor beam and overwater anchorage devices, the overwater anchor beam is provided with through holes through which anchor cables penetrate, one ends of the anchor cables penetrate into the through holes and are anchored with the overwater anchor beam through the overwater anchorage devices, the underwater anchor pulling assembly comprises an underwater anchor beam and underwater anchorage devices, the side wall of the underwater anchor beam is provided with grooves used for allowing the anchor cables to penetrate, and the other ends of the anchor cables penetrate into the grooves and are anchored to the underwater anchor beam through the underwater anchorage devices. According to the underwater self-unloading type anchor pulling system, when the anchor pulling system needs to be removed, the pre-tension force of the anchor cables is removed after the overwater anchorage devices are removed, the anchor cables are lowered, and the underwater anchorage devices are separated from the underwater anchorage beam; the anchor cables are pulled outwards at the upper ends of the anchor cables, the underwater anchorage devices and the anchor cables can be disengaged from the grooves, and rapid dismounting of the anchor pulling system is completed; and the dismounting difficulty of the anchor pulling system and the danger of underwater operation are greatly reduced, meanwhile, the dismounting time is saved, and good economic benefits are achieved.
