Disassembly-free waterproof formwork system for underground structure side wall
The invention relates to the field of underground structure construction, and particularly relates to a disassembly-free waterproof formwork system for an underground structure side wall. The disassembly-free waterproof formwork system comprises anchor bolts, formwork buckling strips, prefabricated formworks, fine aggregate concrete filling bodies and a polymer waterproof layer, wherein prefabricated formworks are vertically arranged to form a plurality of vertical formworks, and the vertical formworks are transversely arranged in a plurality of ranks; and every two vertically-adjacent prefabricated formworks are connected in a buckled mode, and every two horizontally-adjacent prefabricated formworks are connected through the corresponding formwork buckling strip. The formwork buckling strips of enclosure structures are connected to the rear sides of the enclosure structures through the anchor bolts. A filling area is formed between every two adjacent enclosure structures on the frontsides of the prefabricated formworks, the fine aggregate concrete filling bodies are poured into the filling areas, and the polymer waterproof layer is arranged on the rear sides of the prefabricatedformworks. By arranging the prefabricated formworks, the prefabricated formworks can serve as formworks of structure side wall concrete, and multi-layer waterproofing can be achieved by combining thepolymer waterproof layer and the fine aggregate concrete filling bodies with the self-waterproofing effect.
