The invention provides a foundation pit hydraulic support monitoring mechanism. The foundation pit hydraulic support monitoring mechanism comprises two supporting seats; a cross-shaped hydraulic supporting device is connected between the two supporting seats; the cross-shaped hydraulic supporting device is provided with four telescopic supporting rods; pressure sensors are arranged on the telescopic supporting rods; a microcontroller controls each telescopic supporting rod to stretch out and draw back through an extension driving module; and when the supporting seats are overloaded due to lateral pressure of a foundation pit, the pressure sensors can sense the pressure and transmit a signal to a pressure alarm display module through a wire, meanwhile, the extension driving module controlsthe supporting rods to extend to act on the supporting seats and abut against the supporting seats to prevent the supporting seats from collapsing, and collapse accidents can be effectively prevented.When the foundation pit is supported, supporting points are scattered, the supporting effect on the supporting seats is good, the supporting seats do not make contact with the ground, and the problems that an existing supporting structure is supported on the ground and supporting seats through supporting rods which are obliquely arranged, and the supporting effect is poor are effectively solved.
本发明提供一种基坑液压支护监测机构,包括:两个支护座;两个支护座之间连接有十字型液压支护装置;十字型液压支护装置设有四根可伸缩支撑杆;可伸缩支撑杆上设有压力传感器;微控制器通过伸驱动模块分别控制每个可伸缩支撑杆伸缩运行;当支护座受到基坑的侧向压力过载时,压力传感器就会感应,并通过导线将信号传递给压力报警显示模块,同时伸驱动模块控制支撑杆伸长对支护座进行作用,顶住支护座防止其倒塌,能有效防止坍塌事故的发生。在进行基坑支护时,支撑点较为分散,对支护座的支撑效果好,不与地面接触,其有效解决了现有支护结构均通过倾斜放置的支撑杆支撑于地面和支护座上,支撑效果差的问题。
