The invention discloses a full-hydraulic drive rotation and horizontal posture adjustment quick-change coupler. The coupler comprises a connecting lug plate, a 360-degree rotating mechanism, a horizontal posture adjustment swing mechanism and a machine and tool connecting and locking mechanism, all of which are sequentially connected from top to bottom. The connecting lug plate is used for being connected with a movable arm of an excavator through a connecting rod. The 360-degree rotating mechanism comprises an external structure body, and a hydraulic motor, a driving gear and a slewing bearing are mounted on the external structure body. The horizontal posture adjustment swing mechanism comprises an upper balance plate and a lower balance plate which are connected through a rotating shaft,and hydraulic oil cylinders are arranged on the two sides of the rotating shaft. The machine and tool connecting and locking mechanism comprises a machine and tool connecting body, a front lock and arear lock. According to the full-hydraulic drive rotation and horizontal posture adjustment quick-change coupler, under the condition that an excavator main engine does not move, the full-hydraulic drive rotation and horizontal posture adjustment quick-change coupler can be actively adjusted to adapt to quick connection and locking of engineering machines and tools with different distances, different horizontal inclination angles and different placing directions, and is widely suitable for connecting working machines and tools such as buckets, crushing tools and gripping tools of excavators.
