The invention discloses a hidden water outlet device for a bathroom basin and the bathroom basin. The water outlet device comprises a shell, a first locking piece, a water outlet main body piece and awater outlet controller, wherein the first locking piece and the water outlet controller are both located in the shell; the water outlet main body piece comprises a water outlet pipeline and a firstabutting seat located at the front part of the water outlet pipeline; the front end of the water outlet pipeline is a water outlet; the water outlet pipeline penetrates through the side wall of the shell; the first abutting seat is located on the outer side of the shell; the first locking piece is installed at the rear part of the water outlet pipeline and is located in the shell; a distance is formed between the first locking piece and the first abutting seat; and the distance is used for containing the side wall of the shell so as to realize the installation of the water outlet main body piece on the shell. The water outlet device can be installed on an existing basin body, the basin body does not need to be customized, a faucet which is installed on the bathroom basin in advance can bereplaced by the water outlet device, and hidden water outlet is realized.
