The invention relates to a pollution discharge structure. The pollution discharge structure comprises an upstream section, a water storage section and a downstream section which are sequentially communicated, wherein the water storage section stores water to prevent waste gas from flowing back to the upstream section from the downstream section; and a one-way exhaust pipe is arranged to exhaust the waste gas of the upstream section. The pollution discharge structure can be applied to intelligent cooking equipment.
