The device comprises a water pool, wherein a plurality of trash holding rods are fixedly arranged at the top of the water pool, the trash holding rods are arranged at equal intervals, one side of the pool is connected with a water conveying pipe through a connecting pipeline, a support is arranged in the water conveying pipe; a rotatable impeller shaft is arranged on the support, an impeller is arranged at the end, close to the water pool, of the impeller shaft, and the top of the waterconveying pipe is connected with a second rotating shaft through two fixing blocks. According to the device, through the cooperation of a push block, a spring, a transverse plate and the supporting rods, the push block pushes the transverse plate to the side away from a fixed box and then is disengaged from the transverse plate, and due to elastic potential energy of the spring, the spring resetsthe transverse plate, so that the transverse plate reciprocates in the water pool all the time, and the plurality of supporting rods poke garbage accumulated on the trash holding rods, garbage is prevented from blocking gaps between the trash holding rods, and normal operation of drainage is prevented from being affected.
