The invention relates to a water-saving toilet floor drain which comprises a floor drain box body and a floor drain cover plate; the floor drain cover plate is movably connected with the floor drain box body; a partition plate is arranged in the floor drain box body and divides the floor drain box body into a purified water area and an impurity water area; a filler area is arranged at the bottom of the purified water area; a filtering assembly movably connected with a box body of the purified water area is arranged at the upper part of the purified water area; a through hole is formed in a bottom plate of the box body of the purified water area; a plurality of water inlet holes for feeding water into the floor drain box body are formed in the area, corresponding to the filtering assembly,of the floor drain cover plate; the bottom of the impurity water area is communicated with a building drainage pipe so that bath foam, soap bubbles, hair and other impurity water in the impurity waterarea can be directly drained out of the building drainage pipe; and the area, corresponding to the impurity water area, of the floor drain cover plate is solid. The water-saving toilet floor drain has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to manufacture, capable of separating impurities in toilet bath water and automatically discharging the impurities, and capable of collectingclean reclaimed water for flushing toilets.
