The invention relates to a prefabricated wallboard and a connecting structure thereof, and belongs to a fabricated building construction structure. The prefabricated wallboard comprises wallboard bodies, reinforcement cages poured in the wallboard bodies, connecting sleeves arranged on the reinforcement cages and connecting pieces arranged between the connecting sleeves and the reinforcement cages. The ends, away from the reinforcement cages, of the connecting sleeves are open, the connecting sleeves are further poured in the wallboard bodies, and the open ends of the connecting sleeves penetrate through one ends of the wallboard bodies to communicate with the outside. The connecting structure comprises two connecting plates correspondingly and fixedly arranged at the ends, close to each other, of the two wallboard bodies and profile steel fixedly arranged on one sides of the two connecting plates, and concrete is poured between the profile steel and the connecting plates and between the profile steel and the wallboard bodies. The connecting structure has the effect of improving the connecting strength of the prefabricated wallboard in the large-span structure.
