Manufacturing method of full-recycled concrete-filled steel tube frame system filled with recycled hollow block filler wall
The invention relates to a manufacturing method of a fully-recycled concrete-filled steel tube frame system filled with a recycled hollow block filler wall. The system comprises two fully-recycled concrete-filled steel tube columns and a transverse frame beam. The two ends of the transverse frame beam are fixedly connected with the two full-recycled concrete-filled steel tube columns respectively,so that the fully-recycled concrete-filled steel tube columns and the transverse frame beam are H-shaped; steel pipes are arranged outside the full-recycled concrete-filled steel tube columns; beam-column joints are arranged outside the steel pipes; connecting through holes are formed in preset positions where the joints are connected; the transverse frame beam comprises a plurality of beam longitudinal bars; a plurality of square stirrups are arranged outside the beam longitudinal bars; the beam longitudinal bars are fixed to be in a cuboid shape through the stirrups; the ends of the beam longitudinal bars penetrate through the connecting through holes and then are welded and fixed to the connecting through holes; joint plates are welded and fixed to the centers of the connecting throughholes; and the other ends of the joint plates extend into the beam longitudinal bars, so that the beam longitudinal bars can warp the joint plates. By the adoption of the technical scheme, a frame structure is good in anti-seismic property and high in strength, various construction waste can be fully utilized, the construction waste problem is effectively solved, and the frame structure is environmentally friendly.
本发明涉及一种内填再生空心砌块填充墙的全再生钢管混凝土框架体系的制作方法包括两根全再生钢管混凝土柱和横向框架梁,横向框架梁两端分别与所述两根全再生钢管混凝土柱固定连接使得全再生钢管混凝土柱和横向框架梁呈H形;全再生钢管混凝土柱外部为钢管,钢管外部设置有梁柱节点,在节点连接的预设部位处设置衔接通孔;横向框架梁包括多根梁纵筋,梁纵筋外部设置多个方形箍筋,箍筋将梁纵筋固定呈长方体形状,梁纵筋端部穿越衔接通孔后与衔接通孔焊接固定在一起,衔接通孔中心部位焊接固定有节点板,节点板的另一端伸入梁纵筋内部使得梁纵筋将节点板包围,采用上述技术方案,框架结构抗震性能良好,强度高,能充分利用各式建筑垃圾,有效解决建筑垃圾问题,绿色环保。
