According to the assembly type building stair plate structure, a clamping and fixing disc, a lifting ring, a supporting rib plate, a rib fixing plate and a magnet ring are arranged, so that when the assembly type building stair plateis hoisted, after a lifting hook is hung on the lifting ring, the lifting hook is tightly attracted and fixed through the magnet ring, the lifting hook is prevented from shaking, the stability of thehoisting process is guaranteed, and the safety risk of the construction process is reduced.
