The invention relates to a manufacturing process of a building decoration material fireproof EPS decoration line. Fireproof EPS decoration line manufacturing equipment is used, the fireproof EPS decoration line manufacturing equipment comprises a base and an attaching device, wherein the attaching device is arranged on the upper surface of the base. The manufacturing process can solve the following problems that when a gridding cloth layer in a fireproof EPS decoration line is manufactured at present, the gridding cloth layer is manufactured by manually cutting gridding cloth with hands and then attaching the gridding cloth to an inner mold of a mold for pouring an EPS decoration line, due to the fact that the gridding cloth layer plays a significant role in the EPS decoration line, the gridding cloth is attached unevenly and irregularly due to manual attachment, a mortar layer and the gridding cloth cannot be well attached together, the toughness strength of the mortar layer is reduced, the connecting effect of the mortar layer and an EPS layer is also reduced, therefore the use value of the EPS decoration line is reduced, and the service life of the EPS line is also shortened.
本发明涉及一种建筑装饰材料防火EPS装饰线条制作工艺，其使用了一种防火EPS装饰线条制作设备，该防火EPS装饰线条制作设备包括底座与贴合装置，底座上表面设置有贴合装置。本发明可以解决目前对于防火EPS装饰线条内网格布层进行制作时，存在以下问题：对于网格布层的制作是通过人工用手将网格布裁剪后贴附在浇筑EPS装饰线条模具的内模上，由于网格布层在EPS装饰线条起到的作用之重，人工贴附会导致网格布贴附不平整不整齐问题的出现，导致砂浆层与网格布不能很好的附着在一起，使得砂浆层的韧性强度下降，这样砂浆层与EPS层的连接效果也会下降，从而降低EPS装饰线条的使用价值，也会降低EPS线条的使用寿命。
