Supporting structure of prefabricated concrete structure and construction method
The invention relates to a supporting structure of a prefabricated concrete structure and a construction method. The prefabricated concrete structure comprises vertical prefabricated columns, transverse prefabricated beams and prefabricated beam-column joints used for connecting the prefabricated beams and the prefabricated columns. The supporting structure comprises an inclined strut and a steelformwork, the two ends of the inclined strut are correspondingly installed on the prefabricated columns and the prefabricated beam-column joints, and the steel formwork is installed at the joint of the prefabricated beams and the prefabricated beam-column joints. Simple formwork shear type supporting of the prefabricated beams is achieved through the steel formwork, two functions of post-cast section construction and structural supporting are achieved through the formwork needing to be erected originally on the post-cast section between the prefabricated beams and the prefabricated beam-columnjoints, and meanwhile, synchronous construction of prefabricated beam hoisting and a prefabricated beam supporting structure can be achieved, so that the construction efficiency is improved; and in addition, after construction is finished, the steel formwork and the inclined strut can be recycled and used for construction of the same size or standard layers, and resources are saved.
本发明涉及一种预制装配式混凝土结构的支撑结构及施工方法,所述预制装配式混凝土结构包括竖向的预制柱和横向的预制梁,以及用于连接所述预制梁和预制柱的预制梁柱节点,所述支撑结构包括斜撑和钢模板,所述斜撑的两端分别安装于所述预制柱和所述预制梁柱节点上,所述钢模板安装于所述预制梁和预制梁柱节点的连接处。本发明通过钢模板实现预制梁的简易模板剪力式支撑,利用预制梁和预制梁柱节点之间后浇段本来就需要支设的模板,实现后浇段施工与结构支撑两种功能,同时可实现预制梁吊装和预制梁支撑结构的同步施工,从而提升施工效率;另外,待施工结束后,钢模板及斜撑可回收,并利用于相同尺寸或标准层的施工,节约了资源。
