The invention discloses a safety protection device for electric power secondary construction. The safety protection device comprises a supporting seat, a motor sleeve seat and a supporting sleeve, wherein the motor sleeve seat is internally provided with a speed reducing motor, and the top wall of the motor sleeve seat is provided with a bearing; a limiting groove is formed in the pipe wall of thesupporting sleeve in a penetrating mode, a movable liner pipe is slidably connected into the supporting sleeve, the output end of the speed reducing motor is connected to one end of a threaded shaftthrough the bearing, a limiting plug is fastened to the other end of the threaded shaft, and the inner wall of the movable liner pipe is slidably connected with the outer wall of the limiting plug; and the speed reducing motor drives the threaded shaft to rotate, a limiting strip slides in the limiting groove, and a threaded pipe is in linkage with the movable liner pipe to slide and ascend and descend along the supporting sleeve, so that the movable liner pipe pushes a safety protection top cover to adjust the height. According to the safety protection device for electric power secondary construction, the height of the safety protection device can be rapidly adjusted, and the construction efficiency is improved; and the structure is simple, and repair and maintenance are facilitated.
