The multi-spring-bolt synchronous internal drive telescopic structure comprises a locking plate, a limiting disc, a guide disc and a plurality of limiting blocks, wherein the locking plate is fixedly arranged on the side face of a wall; the limiting disc is vertically and fixedly arranged in a door body; the plurality of limiting blocks are vertically aligned and located at different height positions; limiting holes are transversely formed in the limiting blocks; sliding blocks are arranged in the limiting holes in a sliding mode; spring bolts are fixedly connected to the end parts of the ends, back on to the limiting blocks, of the sliding blocks; a circle of innerteeth are densely arranged on the inner wall of the guide disc; a force application shaft is further fixedly sleeved with a driving gear; and the driving gear is meshed with the inner teeth. Comparedwith the prior art, the structure can lock the spring bolts and the lock holes gradually by only driving the force application shaft in a rotating mode, so that high coherence is achieved; and in addition, labor is saved in the driving process, and manual driving can also be achieved.
