The invention discloses a door leaf assembling process of a fireproof door. The door leaf assembling process comprises the following steps of firstly, welding a hinge base plate on a hinge edge, welding a lock base plate and a lock box on a lock edge inner frame material, and respectively assembling and welding a door closer and a door fixer on an upper transverse inner frame material and a lowertransverse inner frame material; assembling and welding the hinge edge, the lock edge inner frame material, the upper transverse inner frame material and the lower transverse inner frame material which are installed to form a door leaf inner frame component; assembling and welding a reinforcing material for auxiliary reinforcement, spraying primer to the door leaf inner frame component, and afterspraying is completed, correcting the door leaf inner frame component and detecting size parameters; and then installing a back plate, performing arrangement of fireproof cotton and installing a faceplate to form a door leaf, where the fireproof cotton is located between the back plate and the face plate. Compared with a traditional scheme, the installation error can be smaller, problems occurring in the installation process can be discovered in time, waste products are fewer, and the quality of the produced door leaf is more stable.
