The invention provides an electric power overhaul ladder. The overhaul ladder structurally comprises a fixing base, a supporting frame, an overhaul stand, a crawling ladder and protective guards, wherein the fixing base is connected to the lower end of the supporting frame in a welded mode and matched with the supporting frame in a supporting mode, the overhaul stand is located at the upper end ofthe supporting frame and perpendicular to the supporting frame, the crawling ladder is located on the left side of the overhaul stand and is of an integrated structure, and the protective guards areconnected to the left and right sides of the crawling ladder in a welded mode. According to the overhaul ladder, rotating wheels replace existing bolts, the speed and stability of the rotating wheelswhich normally operate can be controlled through a control panel, and when the rotating wheels move downhill or on the flat ground, friction blocks of the control panel can be extruded manually, so that the friction blocks can make contact with the rotating wheels, the rotating wheels can be slowly stopped after continuous friction of the friction blocks, therefore the overhaul ladder can be easily controlled when moving, and the working intensity of users can be reduced.
