The invention provides a high-strength inorganic plate. The high-strength inorganic plate is prepared from materials including inorganic refractory fibers, inorganic acid, a clay adsorbent, an infrared opacifying agent and an inorganic binding agent. The high-strength inorganic plate provided by the invention is smokeless and tasteless when used in a high-temperature environment, and meanwhile, the compressive strength and the breaking strength are greatly improved compared with those in a normal-temperature state; the high-strength inorganic plate has excellent heat insulation performance andmechanical performance, and can be applied to large industrial kilns in the industries of petrochemical engineering, metallurgy, electric power and the like or other high-temperature load-bearing heat insulation and heat preservation fields, such as high-temperature load-bearing refractory slabs used in the aluminum electrolysis cell industry. The invention further provides a preparation method of the high-strength inorganic plate.
