Airfield pavement concrete for slip form construction
The invention discloses an airfield pavement concrete for slip form construction. The airfield pavement concrete is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:280-430 parts of cement, 115-160 parts of water, 610-790 parts of fine aggregate, 1100-1250 parts of coarse aggregate, namely stones, 1-4 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.1-2 part of an air entraining agent and 6-9 parts of a thixotropic agent, wherein the thixotropic agent is a polyacrylamide hydrophobic association compound. The concrete provided by the invention is good in compactness and filling property, meanwhile, the thixotropic property of the concrete is high, when the concrete is subjected to dynamic treatment (such as high-frequency vibration), slurry is sheared and thinned, andthe concrete has good rheological property and is easy to liquefy and compact; when the concrete is placed in a static state (such as plastering), slurry loses plasticity and becomes viscous rapidly,the concrete has good shape stability, the construction cost can be reduced when the concrete is applied to slip form construction, and meanwhile the construction quality and the production efficiencyof slip form construction are improved.
一种用于滑模施工的机场道面混凝土,其特征在于它是由下述组分以及重量份数的原料制成的:水泥280‑430份,水115‑160份,细集料610‑790份,粗集料(粗骨料)即石子1100‑1250份,减水剂1‑4份,引气剂0.1‑2份,触变剂6‑9份。所述触变剂为聚丙烯酰胺类疏水缔合物。采用本发明的混凝土密实性和填充性好,同时混凝土的触变性能高,混凝土动态处理(如高频振捣)时,浆体剪切变稀,混凝土具有良好的流变性能,易于液化密实;在静态放置时(如抹面)浆体迅速失去塑性变黏,混凝土具有良好的形状稳定性,将本发明的混凝土运用到滑模施工中,能降低施工成本,同时提高了滑模施工的施工质量和生产效率。
