The invention relates to a lightweight wall brick. A manufacturing method of the lightweight wall brick comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a green body: taking a blank raw material in partsby weight, carrying out wet ball milling and grinding for 25 hours, controlling the fineness to be less than or equal to 0.2% of the screen residue of a 300-mesh sieve, removing iron from slurry, sieving, squeezing the slurry, and pugging for later use; (2) preparing glaze: taking glaze raw materials in parts by weight, uniformly mixing, carrying out wet grinding for 12-15 hours, sieving residueswith a 250-mesh sieve with the fineness of less than or equal to 0.1%, and sieving with a 325-mesh sieve; (3) the blank mud is subjected to slip casting to form a green brick, and the green brick is dried at 48-52 DEG C; and (4) spraying glaze on the dried green brick, drying, and putting into a kiln for oxidizing and firing. The prepared lightweight wall brick is low in water absorption rate, mould-proof and damp-proof; the lightweight wall brick is high in breaking modulus, low in density, light in weight, more time-saving and labor-saving during wall-mounted paving, easy to operate, durable, not easy to fall off, and capable of reducing the building load; through one-time firing, the energy is saved, the cost is reduced, and the combination degree of the glaze and the green body is better.
本发明涉及一种轻质墙砖,制作方法包括以下步骤:(1)制备坯体:按重量份数取坯料原材料,湿球磨研磨25小时,细度控制在300目筛筛余≤0.2%,泥浆除铁过筛后榨泥,练泥后备用;(2)制备釉料:按重量份数取釉料原材料,混合均匀,湿磨12~15h,细度250目筛残渣≤0.1%,过325目筛;(3)将坯泥注浆成型为砖坯,48~52℃烘干;(4)在烘干后的砖坯上喷釉,干燥后入窑氧化烧制。所制得轻质墙砖吸水率低,防霉防潮;断裂模数高,且密度小,重量轻,上墙铺贴时更加省时省力,易于操作,减轻建筑负载,经久耐用不易脱落;经一次烧成,节省能源,降低成本,且釉和坯体的结合度更好。
