The invention discloses and provides a thin broken crack glazed tile which is low in production difficulty and suitable for large-batch stable production and a production process of the thin broken crack glazed tile. The thin broken crack glazed tile comprises a green tile body, ground coat and surface coat are sprayed outside the green tile body in sequence, and the ground coat comprises, by percentage, 30%-48% of albite, 5%-10% of calcite, 8%-10% of zirconium silicate, 6%-10% of kaolin, 15%-20% of quartz, 3%-5% of calcined talc, 8%-10% of black mud powder and 8%-10% of aluminum oxide. The surface glaze comprises the following components in percentage: 15%-24% of albite, 46%-53% of potassium feldspar, 3%-7% of wollastonite, 4%-7% of kaolin, 13%-16% of quartz, 2%-4% of dolomite and 1%-5% of black mud powder. The production process is suitable for the field of production and manufacturing of thin broken crack glazed tiles.
