Amphoteric polycarboxylate superplasticizer and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of concrete admixtures, and discloses an amphoteric polycarboxylate superplasticizer and a synthesis method thereof.The amphoteric polycarboxylate superplasticizer comprises, by weight, 240-300 parts of polyether monomers, 15-20 parts of unsaturated acid, 5-8 parts of self-made amphoteric functional monomers, 0.3-0.5 part of reducing agents, 1-2 parts of hydrogenperoxide, 0.9-1.2 parts of molecular weight regulators, 0.006-0.008 part of metal accelerators and 180-240 parts of water. The amphoteric polycarboxylate superplasticizer is synthesized through freeradical polymerization at room temperature, is short in reaction time, energy-saving and environment-friendly, and has a viscosity reduction function in concrete due to the fact that the molecular structure of the amphoteric polycarboxylate superplasticizer contains amphoteric functional monomers; anions and cation groups in the structure can resist bacterial adhesion, prevent the formation of a biological mycoderm and inhibit bacterial reproduction, so that the antibacterial effect is achieved. The amphoteric polycarboxylate superplasticizer synthesized by the method is high in water reducingrate and good in slump loss resistance, and the early strength can also be improved.
