Optical coupling microwave catalytic system applied to biomass pyrolysis and biomass pyrolysis equipment
The invention discloses an optical coupling microwave catalytic system applied to biomass pyrolysis. The optical coupling microwave catalytic system is characterized in that a light source is arrangedin a vacuum inter-layer pipe in the middle of a catalytic system, the light source is a pulse strong light source, catalytic plates with catalytic activity are arranged around the light source, and each catalytic plate takes a porous foamed ceramic plate as a carrier and is loaded with two or more metal oxide catalysts with catalytic activity. The photocatalytic activity is adjusted by adjustingthe light source intensity, the pulse width, the pulse frequency and the photo-catalyst loading capacity; the catalytic activity of the de-oxidation catalyst is adjusted by adjusting the porosity, theskeleton strength, the catalyst loading capacity and the microwave power of the porous foamed ceramic. The method can be directly applied to steam upgrading after biomass pyrolysis, the de-oxidationefficiency is improved, tar is reduced, the quality of pyrolytic bio-oil and biogas is effectively improved, the service life is prolonged, and the production cost is reduced through synergistic catalysis of photo-catalyst catalytic hydrogen release and metal oxide catalytic de-oxidation.
本发明公开了一种应用于生物质热解的光耦合微波催化体系。所述光耦合微波催化体系为光源置于催化体系中间的真空隔层管中,其中光源为脉冲强光源,四周排列了具有催化活性的催化板,催化板以多孔泡沫陶瓷板为载体,负载了两种及以上具有催化活性的金属氧化物催化剂。通过调节光源强度、脉冲宽度、脉冲频率和光催化剂负载量来调节光催化活性;通过调节多孔泡沫陶瓷的孔隙度、骨架强度,催化剂的负载量,微波功率来调节脱氧催化剂的催化活性。本发明可直接应用于生物质热解后的蒸汽提质,通过“光催化剂催化释氢”耦合“金属氧化物催化脱氧”协同催化提高脱氧效率,减少焦油的产生,有效提高热解生物油和生物气的品质,提高使用寿命,降低生产成本。
