Liquid for forming accelerated rust layer of bridge weathering steel and anti-corrosion construction process thereof
The invention discloses a liquid for forming an accelerated rust layer of bridge weathering steel and an anti-corrosion construction process thereof. The anti-corrosion construction process comprisesthe following steps that rust is removed from the bridge weathering steel at the normal temperature outdoors and the relative air humidity of 5%-50%, and the rust removal grade is ST3; hydrochloric acid with the concentration of 90% and distilled water are adopted for preparing a hydrochloric acid solution with the concentration of 4 * 10 < -4 > mol/L for standby application; sulfuric acid with the concentration of 70% and distilled water are adopted for preparing a sulfuric acid solution with the concentration of 1.72 * 10 < -2 > mol/L for standby application; the hydrochloric acid solution with the concentration of 4 * 10 <- 4 > mol/L is sprayed according to the dosage of 380 ml/m < 2 >, or the sulfuric acid solution with the concentration of 1.72 * 10 < -2 > mol/L is sprayed according to the dosage of 380 ml/m < 2 >, and the surface of the bridge weathering steel is waited to be dry; and repeating is conducted for 90 days for four times every day to obtain the accelerated rust layerof the bridge weathering steel.
