The invention discloses a vacuum grouting device for road surface after pre-burying aggregate concrete, which comprises a pavement structure layer, a slurry feeding system, a slurry stirring system and a vacuum assembly, the upper end of the pavement structure layer is covered with a sealing layer to realize full sealing, the slurry feeding system comprises a mud jacking pump pressure gauge, and the slurry stirring system comprises a slurry storage barrel and a slurry stirring machine which are connected with each other; the vacuum assembly comprises a vacuum pump, a negative pressure box, a vacuum meter and a waste slurry barrel. The invention further discloses a construction method for vacuum grouting of the pre-buried aggregate concrete. According to the method, a traditional pre-buriedconcrete grouting method is broken through, the grouting efficiency is improved by manufacturing the vacuum condition, grout is filled and diffused to meet the design requirement, and the purpose ofstrengthening the concrete structure is achieved after grout diffusion and gelatinization solidification. In actual engineering, the construction requirements can be better met, the specified strengthcan be achieved, the construction quality can be improved, the construction period can be shortened, the construction cost can be reduced, and the construction efficiency can be improved.
