The mechanism comprises a left support chip, a rod column, a right support chip, a multi-directional cuttingstructure, a power line and a control switch. The multi-directional cutting structure is optimally arranged, a servo motor is used as a power source, through cooperation of a driving bevel gear and adriven bevel gear, a left supporting plate and a right supporting plate can drive a plate frame to rotate on the left support chip and the right support chip to adjust the position, then a slotting depth of a blade is adjusted, and the small motor can be controlled to be started according to different slotting depths. The small motor enables a round rod to drive a disc piece to rotate through cooperation of the gear and an inner gear ring so that a vertical height distance between the disc piece and the blade is changed, movement guiding can be performed on different slotting depths, and theuse safety is improved to a certain degree.
