The invention discloses a municipal road marking device which comprises a device shell. Two pairs of protruding plates are integrally formed at the lower end of the device shell, driving wheels are rotatably installed on the opposite sides of each pair of protruding plates, and a first rotating rod is jointly and fixedly connected between the pair of driving wheels located on the right side; the first rotating rod penetrates through a convex plate and is rotatably connected with convex plate, a second rotating rod and a third rotating rod are rotatably connected to the inner walls of the frontside and the rear side of the device shell in an up-down staggered mode from left to right, and a first belt transmission mechanism is connected between the third rotating rod and the second rotatingrod; and a second belt transmission mechanism is connected between the first rotating rod and the third rotating rod, the second rotating rod is coaxially and fixedly connected with an extrusion body, the extrusion body comprises a cylindrical section and a circular truncated cone section which are integrally formed, and the wide surface end of the circular truncated cone section is connected with the cylindrical section. The marking device has the advantages that most of operations do not depend on control, the marking efficiency is high, and the marking device is very suitable for long-distance marking operation.
