Prefabricated stand column
The invention discloses a prefabricated stand column which comprises a grouting sleeve set, frame steel bars and concrete, the grouting sleeve set is connected to the frame steel bars, and the frame steel bars are filled with the concrete. The upper ends and the lower ends of the frame steel bars form a bearing platform face and a capping beam face respectively, and the frame steel bars penetratethrough the bearing platform face and the capping beam face. The grouting sleeve set comprises a bearing platform grouting sleeve set and a cover beam grouting sleeve set, the bearing platform grouting sleeve set is located on the frame steel bars above the bearing platform surface, and the cover beam grouting sleeve set is located on the frame steel bars above the bearing platform surface; compared with the prior art, a pre-buried section, a bearing platform section and a capping beam section are independently prefabricated, grouting sleeves are installed among the pre-buried section, the bearing platform section and the capping beam section, and the precision requirement for butt joint with the capping beam and a bearing platform is met. The framework reinforcing steel bars are machinedon the base, the distance and the position of the stirrups are guaranteed, the position accuracy of the embedded part is guaranteed, the stress performance and the safety are improved, and drainage holes are reserved in the bearing platform section, so that the drainage of the stand column and the capping beam is facilitated.
