The bottom supporting square column is located at the bottom of the bridge plate to support the bridge plate, a cushioning assembly is arranged between the bottom supporting square column and the bridge plate, and the cushioning assembly comprises anabutting plate, a movable block and a first elastic piece; the movable block is located on the bottom wall of the abutting plate, the first elastic piece is located at the end, away from the abuttingplate, of the movable block, a settling tank facilitating abutting of the movable block and the elastic piece is formed in the top wall of the bottom supporting square column, and an embedded groove facilitating abutting of the abutting plate is formed in the bottom wall of the bridge plate; and a plurality of positioning square columns are arranged on the inner top wall of the embedded groove, and a plurality of receding holes facilitating penetration of the positioning square columns are formed in the top wall of the abutting plate in a penetrating mode. The pier base structure has the effects that the bearing stability of the pier base structure to the bridge plate is improved, and the normal passing efficiency of vehicles and pedestrians on the bridge plate is guaranteed.
