Tailing pond damming method
The invention relates to a tailing pond damming method. The tailing pond damming method comprises the following steps of classifying floated tailings by using a hydrocyclone, overflowing and discharging fine tailings into a tailing pond, and piling coarse tailings settled sand for a primary dam; the method further comprises the following steps of a, piling a sub-dam, namely covering the surface layer of a dam head with the coarse tailings settled sand to form the sub-dam based on the primary dam, pilling and covering coarse tailings at intervals to settle sand to form an upper-stage sub-dam, all stages of sub-dams are tower-stage sub-dams, and still overflowing and discharging all stages of fine tailings overflow into the tailings pond; b, covering and settling, after the sub-dams are piled, covering the inclined surfaces of the sub-dams with neutralizing slag layers, and then settling; c, carrying out ecological restoration, after the sub-dams are settled stably, carrying out ecological restoration, and neutralizing vegetation attached to a slag layer. The method has the advantages that acidic wastewater generated by oxidation of sulfide on the surface layer of the tailing dam canbe reduced or avoided, safety and stability of the tailing dam can be improved, the effect of follow-up ecological restoration of the tailing dam can be improved by covering the neutralization slag,the neutralization slag stockpiling site is saved, and the method is suitable for application in the mining and metallurgy industry.
本发明涉及一种尾矿库筑坝方法,它包括将浮选的尾矿用水力旋流器进行分级,细尾矿溢流排入尾矿库内,粗尾矿沉砂用于堆筑初级坝,它还包括:a.堆筑子坝,基于初级坝,用粗尾矿沉砂覆盖坝头表层形成子坝,应每隔一周期堆筑覆盖粗尾矿沉砂形成上一级子坝,各级子坝为塔级式,各级细尾矿溢流仍排入尾矿库内;b.覆盖沉降,子坝堆筑完成后,在其斜表面覆盖中和渣层,然后进行沉降;c.生态修复,待子坝沉降稳定后,进行生态修复,中和渣层附着植被。它具有可减少或避免尾矿坝表层的硫化物氧化产生酸性废水且有助于提高尾矿坝的安全稳定性,覆盖中和渣有助于提高后续尾矿坝生态修复的效果且节约了中和渣堆存场地等优点,适于矿冶行业应用。
