The invention discloses a pile driver with a walking mechanism for photovoltaic support installation, and belongs to the technical field of photovoltaics. The pile driver comprises a machine body assembly, a walking mechanism and a supporting assembly, wherein the front side of the machine body is provided with a pile driving mechanism, the walking mechanism is mounted on the bottom surface of themachine body, a rope winding drum is arranged at the end part of a driving shaft, and the supporting assembly is arranged on the inner side of the walking mechanism, and comprises a guide sleeve sleeving the outer wall of the driving shaft. By means of the walking mechanism capable of being assembled, when the pile driver walks on the ground with loose soil, due to the fact that the contact areabetween the regular polygon structure composed of multiple assembling plates and the bottom face is increased, the problem of falling is unlikely to occur; and meanwhile, during pile driving, the assembling plates are driven to be unfolded and attached to the ground in a horizontal state, and thus stable ground contact structures are formed on the two sides of the machine body so that the contactarea between the machine body and the ground can be increased, which not only solves the problems that the machine body falls down during piling operation, and that it is hard for subsequent pile drivers to move, but also improves the stability of the pile driver during operation.
