High-water-content soft soil dewatering excavation integral trenching pipeline construction method
The invention relates to a high-water-content soft soil dewatering excavation integral trenching pipeline construction method. The method comprises the following steps that 1) a cofferdam dewatering structure is constructed; 2) water in gunny bag cofferdams is pumped out, the surface of a riverbed is exposed, and temporary drainage blind ditches are constructed on the riverbed surfaces on the twosides of a trench to be excavated; 3) a steel sheet pile enclosure is inserted on the surface of the riverbed on the inner sides of the gunny bag cofferdams; 4) ramp slides are arranged on the gunny bag cofferdams on the two sides; 5) after the trench in the steel sheet pile enclosure is dug to a specified elevation, the adjustable easily-disassembled support is disassembled; 6) a material box isplaced on a filler moving and conveying frame; 7) a pipeline is placed on a pipeline moving and conveying frame; and 8) the material box slides to the top surface of the trench by using the filler moving and conveying frame. The method has the beneficial effects that the pipeline is lengthened on the pipeline moving and conveying frame, slides to the top face of the trench through the slides and then is integrally lifted through a sliding lifting support; the problem of transportation of the pipeline in the cofferdam is solved; and meanwhile, the pipeline integrally descends to the trench , and the sealing performance of a pipeline joint is improved.
本发明涉及高含水量软土降水开挖整体下沟管道施工方法,包括步骤:1)围堰降水结构施工;2)将麻袋围堰内的水抽出,露出河床表面,并在待开挖的沟槽两侧的河床表面进行临时排水暗沟的施工;3)在麻袋围堰内侧的河床表面插入钢板桩围护;4)在两侧的麻袋围堰上设置坡道滑梯;5)在钢板桩围护内开挖沟槽至指定标高后,拆除可调易拆支撑;6)料箱放置在填料移运架上;7)管道放置在管道移运架上;8)使用填料移运架,将料箱滑移至沟槽顶面。本发明的有益效果是:管道在管道移运架上接长,通过滑梯滑到沟槽顶面,然后通过滑动提升支架整体提升,解决了围堰内管道运移的难题,同时管道整体下沟,提高了管道接缝处的密封性能。
