The invention discloses a prefabricated polyhedral house building component. The component comprises a device body, a connecting block is fixedly installed at the top of the device body, a first building component is fixedly installed in the device body, and a second building component is fixedly installed in the device body. A water flowing pipe is fixedly installed on the side wall of the devicebody, and a water outlet head is fixedly installed on the side wall of the water flowing pipe. By arranging a water collecting tank, a water flowing tank, a drainage tank and the water flowing pipe,accumulated water on the surface or the top of the building component can be drained at the first time, the drainage performance of the building component is improved, the service life of the buildingcomponent is prolonged, and damage to the building component caused by water erosion is avoided. The arrangement of a water collecting box is beneficial to collecting rainwater on the surface of thebuilding component, the waste phenomenon caused by the insufficient rainwater collecting capacity is avoided, the rainwater utilization rate is increased, and water resources can be conveniently savedin urban buildings.
