A traction rope is fixedly installed below the inner end of a movable filter plate, the lower end of the traction rope is connected to a center rod in a winding mode, alateral gear is fixedly installed on a driving rod, a transmission bevel gear is installed at the inner end of the driving rod, and a driving bevel gear is installed at the lower end of the transmission bevel gear. According to the device, when rainwater is recycled, impurities filtered out from the interior can be conveniently and timely discharged to the exterior of the device, blockage of an internal filtering structure is avoided, meanwhile, the external impurities can be blocked to a certain extent, and the possibility that a large amount of rainwater evaporates in sunny days can be reduced.
