The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, in particular to a light aggregate high-strength concrete structure and a construction forming method thereof. The construction forming method of light aggregate high-strength concrete comprises the steps that formworks are arranged on a pre-poured structure, grouting pipes with holes are pre-buried, light aggregate is poured into the pre-poured structure, and the top faces of the formworks on the periphery are covered with the formworks; and a pull rod is used for being fixed to the ground, high-strength cement-basedslurry is prepared, and large-flow non-shrinkage high-strength cement-based slurry is injected into the grouting pipe in a pressing mode to form a pouring structure. According to the lightweight aggregate concrete structure, the lightweight aggregate is used as a main filler, and the high-strength cement-based slurry with good fluidity is used for filling gaps among the lightweight aggregate, so that the lightweight aggregate does not need to be pretreated, the lightweight aggregate concrete strength is high, the lightweight aggregate is uniformly distributed and does not float upwards, the construction is simple and convenient, and therefore, the construction quality, economy and safety of the light aggregate concrete are ensured, and the application prospect is wide.
本发明涉及建筑工程技术领域,具体涉及一种适用于轻集料高强混凝土结构及其施工成型的方法,轻集料高强混凝土施工成型的方法为:在预浇筑的结构设置模板,预埋设带孔的注浆管,倒入轻集料,四周模板顶面用模板覆盖,并用拉杆与地面固定,制备高强水泥基浆体,向注浆管压注大流动无收缩高强水泥基浆体浆形成浇筑结构。本发明提供的轻集料混凝土结构,以轻集料作为主要填充物,并且采用流动性好的高强水泥基浆体填补轻集料之间的缝隙,能够做到轻集料不用预处理、轻集料混凝土强度高、轻集料均匀分布不上浮和施工简便等,从而确保轻集料混凝土的施工质量、经济和安全,具有广阔的应用前景。
