Steel beam bolting joint structure of horizontal cross-core plate type concrete-filled steel tubular column
The invention belongs to the technical field of steel-concrete structures in constructional engineering, particularly relates to a steel beam bolting joint structure of a horizontal cross-core plate type concrete-filled steel tubular column. Aiming at the problems that a beam-column joint is a key part of a fabricated building structure, the performance of the beam-column joint directly influencesthe bearing capacity, anti-seismic property and the like of the structure, and meanwhile the construction and fabricating progress is directly influenced by the structural form of the beam-column joint, the following scheme is proposed, the steel beam bolting joint structure comprises an outer steel pipe and inner pipe concrete which form a steel pipe concrete column, a horizontal elongated slotis formed in the long edge of the outer peripheral surface of the outer steel pipe corresponding to a steel wing, horizontal core penetrating plates are arranged in the short edge direction of the outer steel pipe through the horizontal elongated slot and are connected with the outer steel pipe through welding; and two horizontal core penetrating plates are located on the same side of the outer steel pipe. The horizontal core penetrating plated are adopted to connect a beam with a column, the stress of a beam flange is transmitted to the concrete filled steel tubular column, the structure is simple, the force transmission is clear, and meanwhile concrete pouring is facilitated.
本发明属于建筑工程中钢混结构技术领域,尤其是水平穿心板式钢管混凝土柱的钢梁栓接节点结构,针对梁柱节点是装配式建筑结构的关键部位,其性能直接影响结构的承载能力、抗震性能等,同时梁柱节点的构造形式直接影响施工装配进度的问题,现提出如下方案,其包括外钢管和内管混凝土,所述外钢管和内管混凝土构成钢管混凝土柱,且外钢管外周面长边对应钢翼处开水平长槽,沿外钢管短边方向通过水平长槽设置水平穿心板,并与外钢管通过焊接连接;位于外钢管同一侧的水平穿心板为两个。本发明采用水平穿心板连接梁柱,将梁翼缘受力传递到钢管混凝土柱,构造简单、传力明确,同时利于混凝土的浇筑。
