Novel prefabricated precast concrete beam with steel joint
The invention relates to the field of prefabricated buildings, in particular to a novel prefabricated concrete beam with a steel joint. The novel prefabricated concrete beam comprises a steel framework; connecting parts are arranged at two ends of the steel framework; the steel framework comprises four parallel longitudinal bars; a plurality of rectangular stirrups are arranged among the longitudinal bars; the longitudinal bars are positioned at four corners of the stirrups; the distribution density of the stirrups close to a connecting part is greater than that of the stirrups in the middle of the steel framework; the connecting part comprises a connecting plate; flange steel plates are arranged on two side edges of the connecting plate and form an I-shaped structure; the longitudinal bars and the flange steel plates are welded and fixed through welding plates; end socket plates are further arranged between the flange steel plates and are perpendicular to the connecting plate; a concrete layer is poured on the steel framework between the end socket plates; a plurality of connecting holes are formed in the connecting plate; and the connecting plate can be directly connected with other steel structures through the connecting holes. By adopting the scheme, the precast concrete beam has the advantages of convenience in joint connection, reduction of manufacturing cost and convenience in market popularization.
