Manufacturing method of parapet wall groove aluminum coping serving as roof lightning protection belt
Provided is a manufacturing method of a parapet wall groove aluminum coping serving as a roof lightning protection belt. The manufacturing method includes the steps that bolts connected with reinforcing steel bars in a parapet wall are pre-buried in the top of the parapet wall of a plant with the building height of 20 m or below, groove aluminum with the surface sprayed with fluorocarbon paint isfixed to the bolts pre-buried in the top of the parapet wall, and a closed loop is formed along the top of the roof parapet wall; and a copper-clad steel round wire is connected with the groove aluminum at the top of the parapet wall to serve as a lower lead to be exposed along an outer wall, and the lower lead of the copper-clad steel round wire is connected with a main grounding grid. The groovealuminum has excellent conductivity, and the groove aluminum sprayed with the fluorocarbon paint is good in corrosion resistance in the atmospheric environment containing chloride, low in price, goodin plasticity and convenient to machine; and parapet wall coping groove aluminum decorations with proper shapes and section sizes are selected as the lightning protection belts to replace lightning protection belts integrally adopting the copper-clad steel round wires, so that the problem of lightning protection belt installation space can be solved, the requirement for the consistency of the overall sense of a plant wall can be met, and the lightning protection belt has the advantages of being reasonable in structure, simple in method, resistant to corrosion, good in safety, low in cost andlong in service life.
一种兼作屋面防雷带的女儿墙槽铝压顶的制作方法,在建筑高度20m以下的厂房女儿墙顶部布置预埋与女儿墙内钢筋连接的螺栓,将表面喷涂氟碳漆的槽铝固定于预埋在女儿墙顶部的螺栓上,并沿屋面女儿墙顶部形成闭环,采用铜包钢圆线连接女儿墙顶部的槽铝,作为下引线沿外墙明敷,铜包钢圆线下引线与总接地网连接;槽铝具有优良的电导性,喷涂氟碳漆的槽铝在含有氯化物的大气环境中耐腐蚀较好,价格便宜且塑性好便于加工;选用造型与截面尺寸均合适的女儿墙压顶槽铝装饰,用作防雷带,代替整体采用铜包钢圆线的防雷带,既可解决防雷带安装空间问题,又能符合厂房墙体整体感一致性要求,具有结构合理、方法简单、抗腐蚀、安全性好及成本低、寿命长的优点。
