The invention provides a transmission pair gear clearance adjusting mechanism. The transmission pair gear clearance adjusting mechanism comprises a first adjusting mechanism and a second adjusting mechanism, wherein the first adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the gear clearance of spiral teeth of a worm relative to a worm gear, and the second adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the gear clearance of a motor gear of a gear motor relative to a worm gear of the worm. Firstly, the spiral teeth of the worm are adjusted to be at a proper gear clearance value relative to the worm gear so as to guarantee that the worm and the worm gear can be accurately meshed, and then the motor gear of the gear motor is adjusted to be at a proper gear clearance value relative to the worm gear of the worm so as to guarantee that the motor gear and the worm gear can be accurately meshed.
