The invention discloses a fireproof door with an embedded ventilation fence. The fireproof door comprises a door frame, a door leaf and the ventilation fence. The door leaf is installed in the door frame, an escape exit is formed in the lower middle portion of the door leaf, a countersunk groove which surrounds the peripheral side of the escape exit and is communicated with the escape exit is formed in the surface of the door leaf, the ventilation fence is inserted into the escape exit and fixed through a fixing device between the ventilation fence and the escape exit, and a flanging plate isarranged on the peripheral side of the outer end of the ventilation fence and located in the countersunk groove. Due to the fact that the outer surface of the ventilation fence is flush with the surface of the door leaf, a user is not prone to being scratched by the ventilation fence, dust is not prone to accumulating due to the fact that the outer surface of the ventilation fence is flush with the surface of the door leaf, a plurality of ventilation grills used for ventilation are arranged on the surface of the ventilation fence, and movable air plates are arranged in the ventilation fence toclose or open the ventilation grills.
