The invention relates to a cold storage heat preservation cloth curtain door technological method. The method comprises the following steps of firstly, selecting curtain cloths with corresponding colors and thicknesses according to a task list, flatly placing the curtain cloths on a horizontal platform, accurately marking lines according to sizes, and cutting the curtain cloths according to the lines; then cutting two cloth curtains, placing a heat insulation space cotton between the two cloth curtains, and finally using a high-frequency machine for ironing the cloths; welding two flange pieces and long shaft rods to each of the two sides of a rotating shaft, forming a frame by welding side plates and flanged galvanized plates, fixing the welded rotating shaft to the side plates on the twosides of the frame, and adjusting the concentricity of the rotating shaft; then respectively penetrating tapped reinforcing steel bars into the ironed curtain cloths; penetrating the curtain cloths with the steel bars penetrating through into fast wind-resistant rods, fixing the two sides through fasteners, wrapping a balance weight by a sponge sleeve, or wrapping an iron chain with a layer of waste cloth, penetrating through a fast door, spraying black to a bottom beam made of the flanged galvanized plates, pasting a warning mark, and finally conducting unified assembly.
本发明涉及一种冷库保温布帘门工艺方法，首先按任务单选择对应颜色和厚度的帘布，把帘布平整地放在水平平台上，按尺寸准确地划好线，依线裁剪帘布；然后裁好两块布帘，并在两块帘布中间放入隔热保温太空棉，最后用高频机进行烫布；在转轴两边各焊两片法兰片及长轴杆，框架是由边板和折边镀锌板焊接成，把焊好的转轴固定在框架两边的边板上，并且调试好转轴的同心度；然后把攻丝好的钢筋分别穿进烫好的帘布；把穿好钢筋的帘布穿进快抗风杆上，用紧固件固定好两边，用海绵套管包住配重或铁链外包一层废布，穿过快速门，在已折边的镀锌板做成的底梁喷黑色并贴上警示标志，最后统一组装。
