Goaf solid waste and ultrahigh water paste alternate filling method
The invention discloses a goaf solid waste and ultrahigh water paste alternate filling method. The method involves solid waste paste filling and ultrahigh water paste filling in a goaf behind the samestope face, and staggered filling and grouting of the two materials is achieved. The method comprises the following specific filling steps that solid waste filling paste and ultrahigh water filling paste are prepared on the ground; the stoping working face is pushed forwards, after a hydraulic support moves, air bags are slightly deflated to release the filling space, and filling bags are hung and inflated; a working face pump station selects filling paste for grouting and filling according to the pressure of a top plate masonry beam; and along with the proceeding of the filling work, the airbags contract synchronously. According to the goaf solid waste and ultrahigh water paste alternate filling method, the problems that in the prior art, a single material is adopted, and the advantagesof different filling modes cannot be brought into full play are solved, the advantages of solid waste paste filling and ultrahigh water material filling are integrated, the filling cost is reduced onthe basis that the ground filling effect is guaranteed to the maximum extent, and the filling efficiency is improved.
