A rolling gate is opened, the fan blades rotate to drive the coil to rotate, the permanent magnets are movably connected to the two sides of the coil, the coil is connected with an electromagnetic column, and a magnetic block is fixedly connected to the side, close to the electromagnetic column, of a fan blade frame, so that when transverse windoccurs, the fan blade frame can be retracted, the contact area between the fan blade frame and the cabin is increased, and the vibration effect of rotor blades is reduced.
