Method for measuring carbonation depth of cracked concrete in service reinforced concrete member
The invention discloses a method for measuring the carbonation depth of cracked concrete in a service reinforced concrete member. Cement-based raw material types, a mix proportion, four-point bendingstatic loading and different crack widths are considered. The method comprises the following steps: pouring a reinforced concrete beam, maintaining, standing, and then carrying out four-point bendingstatic loading on beam test pieces to make the maximum tensile nominal crack width be 0.1 mm or 0.3 mm; unloading, placing the beam test pieces back to back in pairs, and keeping cracks in a crackingstate by adopting pre-tightening steel bars, small steel plates and bolts; then putting the beam test pieces into a carbonization chamber; carbonizing, and taking out and separating the beam test pieces; for each beam test piece, cutting the side face where the maximum lateral crack width is located to make each crack located in the center of the cut beam block; and splitting the beam block alongthe longitudinal direction, and measuring the carbonization depth in the concrete. The invention provides a whole set of method for measuring the carbonization depth in the cracked concrete. The method is of great significance to the life prediction research of a service reinforced concrete member eroded by CO2.
