An efficient energy-saving agricultural greenhouse building envelope structure is composed of an envelope structure upper transverse steel pipe (1), an arch-shaped steel pipe framework sliding way (2), a plastic film rolling shaft (3) and a plastic film winding drum (4). The enclosure structure upper transverse steel pipe (1) is a phi 50 galvanized steel pipe and is fixed to the upper portion of agreenhouse building outer wall (6). The arch-shaped steel pipe framework slideway (2) is a phi 30 galvanized steel pipe, the upper part of the arch-shaped steel pipe framework slideway (2) is fixed to the envelope structure upper transverse steel pipe (1), and the lower part of the arch-shaped steel pipe framework slideway (2) is fixed to a greenhouse outer side straw concrete thermal insulationouter ground (5). The plastic film winding drum (4) penetrates through the plastic film rolling shaft (3), and the plastic film rolling shaft (3) can slide on the arch-shaped steel pipe framework sliding way (2) through a driving motor according to a rolling direction mark (11) of the plastic film rolling shaft.
